Introducing AIR, Lazer Lamps’ latest LED light bar range specially designed and engineered with the heavy truck and commercial vehicle market in mind. Within the range are 3 variants of lamp: AIR-55, AIR-90, and AIR-130 Elite, with the numerical value representing the power consumption of each lamp. Across the AIR range every consideration has been given through our in-house UK design, engineering, and manufacturing functions to present a high-performance LED solution with striking product design elevated by a monocoque lens construction and signature position light feature. Expectant of any Lazer product, the lighting performance and build quality is completely assured.

The AIR-130 Elite, broadly equivalent in its light distribution to the Triple-R 1000 Elite, represents the pinnacle of lighting performance considering the lamp’s size and power rating, all the time with the robustness and reliability assured backed up by our comprehensive 5-year warranty. Emitting 12,500 raw lumen, and with 1 lux delivered to 592m, the AIR-130 Elite includes black PCBs to give the lamp a stealth appearance in contrast to other products within the AIR range. The light distribution has been carefully engineered with the vertical and horizontal spread optimised for road use including from higher vehicle mounting positions. The high beam performance of the light, operating at 100%, is above the permissible UNECE Reg 149 parameters for a road-legal driving light, so dual-output functionality allows for a reduction in the output to be within the regulation limits.

Aside from the enviable levels of high beam illumination provided, the AIR products all feature an integrated ‘twin’ white or amber position light. Aside from the safety benefits, utilising the latest technologies and materials has created a distinctive signature appearance viewed from near or afar. When operating the white position light this is approved to the UNECE Reg148 standard for on-road use.

The styling and build quality of the AIR products is amplified by its injection moulded monocoque polycarbonate lens. Boasting a lifetime guarantee on the ‘unbreakable’ lens, finished with hardcoat lacquer (an example of one of the upstream manufacturing process Lazer also manages in-house), the lens flows down and under the lamp, with a textured appearance to the underside. The unique lamp design is enhanced thanks to the supplied innovative ‘Centre Mount’ system which permits the light to sit much lower relative to the mounting point for a clean sleek installation.
